I immediately loved the words to this love song (imho, words are like a cross between intimate sweetness and sacred compassion). But I didn't like the music for these lyrics, so I wrote new music.

I like the thematic idea of being unworthy, and yet being loved in spite of that — to my way of thinking, a very powerful emotional “trigger” — it seems to me that EVERYBODY wants to be loved IN SPITE of their most obvious shortcomings.
