I mid-tempo bluegrass ditty that hopefully some band will appreciate and record someday.

I stopped writing for 23 years while we raised our 6 kids. When i started playing guitar again my wife turned our bonus room into my music room. About that time my Mom gave me the broken mandolin this song is about. That mandolin was on my writing desk and i wondered about the history she had with my family.

This song reminded me of all the people we lost that are no longer with us.

No, this is NOT about Taylor Swift. It's dedicated to another female guitarist/singer out there that deserves the same kind of recognition.
