Twenty Five Seven Twenty Five Seven

I was listening to an interview with Kelly Clarkson and Faith Hill and they were talking about how busy there schedules were and Faith said Twenty Five Seven instead of 24/7. It grabbed my attention and then we adapted it to a relationship effort. It's a really fun upbeat jam that will get you tapping your toes.

Waiting Waiting

I wrote this in the middle of COVID watching my two performing arts daughters have to play to an empty audience for a live stream to raise money. It struck me how important art and music are in our lives, even when you disagree, maybe especially when you disagree. I recruited them to sing it for me:)

A lover is sickened by the desire for a Troubadour and a love that seemed like a lot to embrace and find comfort in.

Again & Again Again & Again

I was reading through my Bible in a year app and the phrase “again and again” came up and it made me think about all of the times I’ve forgotten about the goodness of God. Psalms 106:43 talks about how again and again God would rescue his people and yet they would rebel. What voice are you listening to.

Sufficient Sufficient

It’s basically a deep reading of 2 Corinthians 12:9. I wrote it at a VERY challenging time in my life, I had a 4-month-old son in surgery for trachea repair when I wrote the lyrics, and two older sons I was caring for while my wife and youngest were stuck in the hospital for weeks.

Undeniable Undeniable

Lamentations 3:22-23 is my favorite scripture. I actually wrote this song for a summer teen camp last year at the church where I serve as worship leader, then we’re recording it and planning to release on streaming, and maybe as part of a CD.
