This is my anthem. For many years I've been stagnant in my life. This song is about getting up and moving forward and doing what you need to do to be you and finally be free.

I got the idea for this song from a movie (a not so great movie). It's about lost love and hope.

Sometimes I like the little imperfections in people. It's what makes them who they are. That's what this song is about.

I'm finally comfortable with the idea of someone using one of my songs for commercial gain. I wasn't always this way. Once, mixing music and art was frowned upon. But now the "man" is my fan. Heck, maybe I am the man.

I wrote this as a kind of romantic ode to the iconic western film genre. The story is told by the wife or lover of the sheriff of a western town like you would see in an old John Wayne movie. The sheriff is gunned down and the song is the wife's lament.

Hard Cider is about prevailing love in the ups and downs. This version is a bit more polished than some of the stuff I'll upload here because it's off an album. My nephews and niece play the strings, and my sister sings with me, so it's sort of a family project.I hope you all enjoy!
