This song is off my 3rd album , Mended Fences. I wrote it at 5 in the morning waiting for a crane to show up to my job site (have always carried a guitar in my trucks for writing).
It's about a hard working no so educated man sharing his hard won wisdom with others!

This is a kind of western swing I wrote for my 3rd album Mended Fences. A definite departure from what I was doing though there's a story there and that's my favorite part of song writing. It did well in Europe where there a bit more open minded about other forms of country. Of course now it would be called Americana.

A prayer of supplication. I write very few "Christian" songs, but this is one I've performed from time to time. This is more written like a hymn than a linear thought.
