This song is a bout being raised by two sets of parents and what a blessing it can be to have two sets of parents love you when some children don't have one. Breaking up and Divorce was not common back in the older days and was looked to be a bad thing if it happend. This day and age it might be the best thing that could happen for the child and is more common. I had a step dad and mom and I'm very blessed for them.

Growing up in a small town as a teenager, we hung around the railroad tracks near this old railroad station. Part of growing up, playing baseball, breaking hearts and drinking beer. I remember Crushing Pennies on these tracks as well as we would crush a beer can, or finish off a bottle of 99 cent boones farm wine at the time.

This song the son lost his date at the age of 22 but has so many memories from being in this truck.

Growing up in Vermont-We had so many Dirt Roads and still do. So a lot of things can happen on a dirt road when you are young and in love.
