During any war wisdom is thrown out the window. Inspired from real events in Iraq and Afghanistan. Hired Nashville Song Service to produce my demo for me. Its all about those that shall be saved and those that don't believe in God in all conflicts/wars to date.

I wrote these lyrics when i was heartbroken and everything behind me and every place i went felt like i was leaving a trail of pieces of my broken heart. After much conversation with God, found a place of contentment and knew it was time to shake off this dusty diamond and walk away!









What is a dusty diamond? Well its all of us we’re all diamonds and we may collect dust at times. The important thing is to shake off the dust and move forward.









The saying go chasing stones while you had a diamond all along... motivated this song. He sure did just that.









Never try to make yourself a priority to someone because if you’re not you likely never will be- loving someone who diesnt love you back is like hugging a porcupine!

I wrote this song for the daddy-daughter dance for my daughters' wedding.

The first half of the song is in the eyes of Mary Magdalene as she approaches Jesus' empty tomb, hears him call out her name and then recognizes the risen Saviour. The 2nd half is a present day person who accepts Jesus as his Saviour and hears him call out his name.

An old demo... song is from the POV of a military family kid. In turns funny, sad, patriotic & quite upbeat.

Not a country song by any stretch but I am still fond of the lyrics and hope someone may use it for a TV movie soundtrack or similar.

I wrote this song for my dad after he passed.
