I wrote this song with two good friends, Matt Dame and Neal Coty. Matt Dame is singing the heck out of this one. The two lovely ladies in the photo are my girls, Emily and Ruby Jean. I'm glad they let me run with them.

Inspired by true life events

Hi ladies, we don't have to dread the "hot flashes" and all the other stuff that goes with it. We just need to support each other and believe we are hotter than we've ever been.

Written by Dave Blowers, Martin Buchanan, and me. This is a Nashville demo. I don't know the singers name. We tried to make this colorful without actually saying any colors.

Really this song is just a reminder to not let your past get the better of you. It's more reflective than instructive, but the main message is to know when to let all of the delusions and idealistic situations go and just accept your life as it is.
