The moment I realized my songwriting might actually touch someone came in 2015, when my phone suddenly rang… through Facebook. At the time, I didn’t even know people could call you through Facebook. The number showed a Miami area code, and he saw a lyric vid i’d posted on YT. It was a rap song and when i googled him, i found out he was a famous producer in the rap community.
