I was working remotely for entertainment giving away my art to aid others. During the process I realized that I loved the artists I was giving away my art towards and since they were not in my life's circle of acquaintances, the hurt was unbearable.

Story of our planet and it's issues.

Again I write from my personal views and hurts. Its a story of being an unpaid volunteer giving away his art and heart without acknowledgement or rewards. Its about my feelings hidden inside.

As a songwriter, it doesn't get any better than this ... getting to pay homage to the great R&B Torch Songs I grew up with. Enjoy!

This is a co-write with Justin Strange. He had mentioned the title to me over a year ago but it was in someone else’s hands at that time. Fast forward, I asked him whatever happened to that song and he said “Nothing. The other guy hasn’t gotten back to me...”
I offered to pick up the ball and run with it, and the rest is history. Minor adjustments to the lyrics are a given, so after that was done, I wrote the music and recorded it.
This was my first real foray into self recording in my home studio and production.
