Went to Nashville on my March Break with my best friend. It was our first trip. My dad drove us from Guelph. We had so much fun. One of the things I tried to do was play out as much as possible and do a bunch of co-writes - Up was one of them.

This song was written about the current political climate.

Every girl wants to find someone who will love her for her whole life, with a devotion that lasts even beyond death, just as Romeo and Juliet's love.

I wrote 'Keep Hope Alive' as a light hearted reflection on how fast time goes, but my pen turned the song into a more serious social comment.

This song is simply what I believe. Without love we are like birds with broken wings.

I wrote this really about trying to stay positive and defiant when the odds are stacked against you.

This is a song about change and I find change exciting as it is always an opportunity for a new beginning. I am an optimist most of the time.
