This is a guitar demo sung by John Colbert. It is about getting a second chance at love. I probably wrote it because I've been watching so many Hallmark movies in quarantine. lol

I wrote this one for no particular reason. It's theme is simple... A man's selling points for trying to gain the attention of his object of affection. I originally wrote this on an acoustic guitar with the riff of Neil Diamond's song 'Cherry, Cherry' but later, changed it around with electronic drums in the verses and real drums kicking in over the chorus.

I was inspired to write this song based on what I have read in the scriptures... how God loves us unconditionally. My daughter, Courtney Harper recorded the vocals on this track. She also co-wrote this song with me, as well as many others.

This is for anyone that left home to chase their dreams and, at some point in time, find themselves reminiscing about everything they left behind. I wrote this when I was doing just that. A bottle of tequila may have helped that night!

I wrote this one after many nights of playing bars and seeing guys and girls go back and forth in their efforts to 'socialize' for the night. I wanted to write about a mutual happy ending! I call this a male/female/duet rapping/bar love song.

Got word a couple weeks ago that this song just won 'BEST COUNTRY SONG' in the12th annual HOLLYWOOD MUSIC IN MEDIA AWARDS 2021! Just one of those songs that comes to you in a flash and by the end of the day, it's done. One of the easiest songs I've written and probably the most commercial traditional songs in my library.
