About how a person can be like a spark that ignites your emotions. Started life as an acoustic rather than electric, and I may redo it as acoustic again one day, not sure the electric works so well. Session singer on this one.

Started playing around with guitar sounds, looking for something of a 50s or 60s "The Shadows" kind of sound. Lyrics were then about looking back and wondering what you might change... and deciding nothing, as then you never know what would be lost.

About being human, always slipping up, but never giving up. Had a session singer hired for this one.

Written while driving back through the Catskill mountains after attending the first Steve Earle "Camp Copperhead" songwriting course. Went for a kind of Dylan-ish feel to it. It's about being ok with being "small" in life.
