How much of your life have you spent being someone you're not? Is what I'm basically telling myself...lol
TIME IS UP
No more hiding. No more shrinking yourself to fit inside someone else's expectations. Time Is Up is about breaking free from self-doubt, reclaiming your voice, and finding the courage to rewrite your own story.
I have spent enough time surviving. Now it's time to LIVE.

I wrote Graveyard of a Fool inspired by my father's regret after my mother passed away, and a beautiful old church I saw in the Carolinas. Something about that church, with its history and quiet beauty, made me think about love, loss, and all the things we wish we could go back and change.
The song is about the weight of regret and the painful realization that sometimes we don't fully appreciate what we have until it's gone. It's about the words left unsaid, the moments we can't get back, and the love that remains long after someone has passed.
For me, Graveyard of a Fool is a reminder that life doesn't always give us a second chance to make things right. Sometimes all we're left with are memories and the lessons we learned too late.

"I hid behind the walls of shame, scared to let someone know my name", pretty much sums up why I wrote this song...Fear. After losing those close to me, my profession in healthcare, and my son's journey with cancer, I realized I only have "One Life".

This song was written ironically after my son's just finished his last chemotherapy treatment. My best friends forced me on a trip to Nashville. This song was born from heartache, but that trip reminded me there are still good things to come.
