This song was written as part of a collection entitled, Angelic Awakenings. I wrote these songs to help individuals work through grief and loss. Some losses are more difficult and cause complicated grief, and so these songs were written to help people feel the spiritual connection to the loved ones they have lost.

Sometimes we get stuck in all the crazy, and we forget who we really are. When we choose to let God's stillness in (even when everything around us is still chaotic) things change. God reminds us who we really are and we find perfect rest.
