ballad, w big CH
I;m the age now where I realize that some hurts, emotional, not just physical, will not truly be relieved until we get to our final resting place. I don't want to come across as jaded, just to know there will be peace eventually.
General, also I'm hoping people realize that the characters in each verse are totally separate and have nothing to do with each other. I want to know if that's a problem. If so, I think I can fix that.

HEALED IN HEAVEN
He hasn’t spoken to his sister in almost seven years
So long ago they drifted far apart
Some words used in anger caused so many tears
And left a giant hole in his heart
In a bedroom drawer he saw her picture yesterday
He gave it a glance then turned on walked away
We’ll all be HEALED IN HEAVEN
Where those peaceful waters flow
Yeah, we’ll all be HEALED IN HEAVEN
Where some day we’ll be made whole
She walked down the hallway, held her x-ray picture tight
What the doctor told her left her in haze
She had one year left, she felt shattered deep inside
But she vowed to make the best use of her days
Ten months later she went to be with the Lord
Her family was so grateful she was suffering no more
CH
Every pain we have known will be gone
When we finally leave this world and move on

Hey Kirk, I think this could be a nice hymn, especially the chorus. But I do not completely agree with the message of the first verse. I think we should use our time on earth to reconcile and not wait for heaven. That sounds fatalistic to me, like: let’s wait for death and everything will be fine.
