I started listening to country music radio because my dad did, and on the car radio he played songs by Hank Williams, Sr., Buck Owens and Charley Pride. The accordion was the instrument I started out playing by my dad’s request when I was 10.  Later, I traded the guitar for the accordion and started learning to play it while singing my favorite country songs. At thirteen I wrote my first song and been doing it ever since.
