A song about the birth of Christ. My first Christmas song

This is a song about the power of words. I was wrestling with how easy it is to say words with no conviction behind them, empty words. This song is a declaration that my words will not be empty anymore. What I will say is what I mean to say.

Sometimes life pushes hard but deep roots make it possible to stand against incredible forces. This is a song about sending my roots down deep into the God of the universe, who is able to keep me standing no matter what comes.

It is about how people come together and heal each other after trauma or a storm (such as Hurricane Michael).

The song "Jesus Ways" tells a story of two men crossing paths. One of the men soon reveals himself to be Satan, as he is blaspheming God and saying that destruction is coming and that no one can be spared. The singer is the other man, a believer in Christ, who denies the devil's lies and temptation. The song is a testament to the power we have over the enemy.

I wanted to illustrate how the devil's always in the background trying to influence one's soul. However when you believe in a higher power the temptation of evil is just not possible.
