I am genre-confused; so I don’t know about commercial appeal; but I like it. The production is clean gets the positive vibe of the song across very well. The song is positive and upbeat, which according to Brent Baxter’s guides make it more attractive. I like vocals, the harmonies and just the whole vibe. The song is just bursting with energy.
Structurally, the two lines that begin “You took my heart from a zero to a ten” kind of launch the chorus, like a pre-chorus. Just in displaying them on a lyric sheet, you might set them off, just a suggestion.
When I have a “million-streamer” I’ll start offering suggestions for improvement. I don’t think I’m qualified I’m just learning to accept critique myself
