Nice tempo and vice to this.  I’d even make a tad more rock as an experiment.  Just to see how it would sound.  The Luke Bryans and Aldeans are playing a heavier style guitar.  Just a though man.  Nice job smile

Xave, Thank you so much for your feedback. Funny but the song was originally written in a more rock genre. I think that I might reproduce it one day that way. Really appreciate the kind words and feedback.

Thank you!

Where Did You Come In

Written by Jeffrey Goffman

On my own and the time passes by, 'til there's only yesterday
tomorrow doesn't care
But I can't remember, I'm lost in the spin, it keeps going ‘round and ‘round
Where did you come in

Early memories aren't always the best, it's been raining for so long
yesterday just won't rest, 'cause I can't remember
the days and years sewn together
Where did you come in

Could this be dreaming sleep, will I wake up, what would I find
If I opened up my eyes, come into me, don't be afraid
'Cause the sun says it's okay today

Now you say that I'm naive, like it's such a bad thing
you say you know it all but I know you're lying
Today is all there is, no time does not exist, yes I take it all in stride
Where did you come in

This must be dreaming sleep, will I wake up, what would I find
If I opened up my eyes, come into me, don't be afraid
'Cause the sun says it's okay today

There are sure things, mistakes and understandings,
but there is only now, there is only today
But I remember I saw the truth in you, and I remember, I remember darling
I know where you came in, I know where you came in
