I grew up in a small town in Central FL. A very close friend who lived a half block from me was dying of cancer. As his time was drawing near, his brother asked if I would eulogize my friend at his service, which I was pleased to oblige. I visited my friend a few days before he passed and we laughed and cried as we recalled our crazy times together. Ironically, as I focused on our experiences for the sake of the eulogy, I couldn't help thinking about how much our small town was, "JUST LIKE MAYBERRY."
