Sometimes you just have to write a song from the female perspective. I hope I did it justice. Words and music by myself. Demo created by SUNO.

Verse 1:
You were the king of Friday night
And I was your queen
Taking me downtown
Spinning me round
When every girl wished they could be me
Now you're already three beers in
Sunk down in that couch
I'm wearing my new dress
Ready to impress
And these boots need steppin out
Oh I'm missing the wilder side of you
The one that kept me dancing
When the band shut down at two
[Chorus]
Oh now You're the burn without the buzz
The thorns without the rose
No more sweet cream filling up my Oreos
A Donnie Downer standing
Where my good time Charlie was
Lately, baby you're the burn without the buzz
Verse 2:
I miss your arms around my waist
Pulling me in
Where is that live wire?
Lit like a bonfire
Touch like lightning under my skin
Need to feel the way I felt before
You used to taste like trouble
But that's not how you kiss me no more
[Chorus]
Now You're the burn without the buzz
The thorns without the rose
No more sweet cream filling up my Oreos
A Donnie Downer standing
Where my Good-time Charlie was
Lately, baby you're the burn without the buzz
Oh lately, baby you're the burn without the buzz
[Chorus]
Oh You're the burn without the buzz
The thorns without the rose
No more sweet cream filling up my Oreos
A night without the neon
Georgia peaches with no fuzz
Lately, baby you're the burn without the buzz
Oh Lately, baby you're the burn without the buzz

Great title! Unfortunately, a true scenario for many do it’ll be relatable for sure. It sounds good. Only a few things stood out to me: bonfire, lightning…and is the Oreo reference an innuendo?
What I like to do once I have a song finished is to let it sit ignored for a while. Then I go back and see the spots I can edit to make it better. Y’know that saying that great songs aren’t written; They are rewritten.
