You've heard the expression before. Two guys get into a fight and one says "But you should see the other guy". Well this song is like that, except having to do with cheating and a heart break. Many thanks to songwritingpro members who have given me feedback and made suggeations to the original tune.
I always appreciate the feedback. I am always looking for ways to learn and improve.

Betcha he wishes he had fixed that creaking door before last night
Betcha his cheating eyes wish they knew what was waiting on the other side
But If you believe I was lying there crying
Well you've got that story all wrong
Cause if you heard my heart got broken
And I can't go on
You should see the other heart
It’s the one all smashed like a brick through the glass
In too many pieces to mend
I’ll bet the pain's gonna last so long
Because he’ll never have my love again
Mine might be a little, maybe just a little bit torn apart
But you should see the other heart
Betcha he thought I'd never notice
That faint scent of her perfume
Betcha he didn't realize how fast small town girls can spread the news
Well Friday night's alright for fighting
And this old heart sure aint bulletproof
But if you think he left mine busted up
And badly bruised
You should see the other heart
It's the one all smashed like a brick through the glass
In too many pieces to mend
I’ll bet the pain's gonna last so long
Because he’ll never have my love again
Mine might be a little, maybe just a little bit torn apart
But you should see the other heart
You should see the other heart
You should see the other heart
It's the one all smashed like a brick through the glass
In too many pieces to mend
I’ll bet the pain's gonna last so long
Because he'll never have my love again
Mine might be a little, maybe just a little bit torn apart
But you should see the other heart
Oh You should see the other heart

Nicely done! Your hooks are very clever, and you’re able to build a believable lyric around them.
