This song has an important message, about not only being stirrer, but really changed.  The song has a gospel feeling.  The rhythm of the lyric is better on the frist verse than on the second.  You sing very well.  It’s a good song.

Thank you for your feedback! However, I can’t take credit for the singing, that was someone else named Annie Bosko.

Forever Changed

Written by Lacy Harrison

Verse1. The space of time when the Spirit whispers in my ear
When the song is sung, the sermon is preached
You tug at my heart, You feel so near
Or in that hour of personal devotion
When You call for me to be closer to Your side
Help me Lord to surrender, and not cast You aside.

Chorus. I don’t want to be stirred, but forever changed
Let not God’s conviction leave me, and I remain the same
Miss a golden chance to be better than I was when I came.
Lord, not just stirred, but forever changed.

Verse2. I don’t want to be like Saul who lost his anointing
When once was used, but disobeyed
Or almost persuaded like Agrippa, the king
Nor like Judus who kissed the Door of Heaven
Betrayed You and left eternal life behind
Lord, I surrender, and give You my heart, soul and mind.
