A thank you to my grandmother...and maybe to yours too!
Anything is appreciated.
Wow, acoustic feeling is great, very good vocals, song arrangement is also great. Very catchy and creative song.

A lot of cool stuff here. Some great imagery. I’d like the have more “grandma” in the chorus. Not the word, necessarily, but I think it makes the listener wait too long to find out who you’re saluting. I’d paint the picture of her in the rocker or recliner with the blanket over her legs and a sweet smile on her face, etc.
I kinda see everything but her. And did she live with you and that’s what makes “our” home a heaven? It feels like it’s more her home. ??
Hope that helps. Some good work here. Keep writing!

Really like this… great furniture in the detail… This may seem like a small thing but I felt that the first “here’s to you” should come down and intimate… Then the seconds pitch up a little… Then the final one hits high then come down like you do… Just gives that line more intimacy… If you were telling her those words you wouldn’t shout it at her… Or Maybe once!
I’m being picky cos it’s a good song! Well done

To livin' young, 29 forever
To yellow roses, flowered bed sheets
To makin' home our heaven
Thanks Grandma
