Hey Amber,
Lovin’ how catchy this song is! It has a great groove to it. I would suggest adding another “deja vu” at the end just to fortify the title of the song. Maybe you could do that by adding more instrumental and then kinda ad lib a deja vu line? Hopefully that makes sense!

That would be awesome to add some ad lib, I am not a singer, so when I do get this to where I am ready to record, I hope to get someone who has that gift of singing to make it a lot more easy on the ears. Amber, I think this is the best song you’ve written, and your singing is getting better. Might have just been your voice, but I was imagining it being sung on The Voice or some other talent show.
My only suggestion is to add another “deja vu” after the “new groove” line somehow, to help reinforce the title. BTW, it is two words… Deja Vu.
As for genre, it could be Pop or Country, depending on who’s singing it. Sometimes it’s hard to tell these days.
