You've heard the expression before. Two guys get into a fight and one says "But you should see the other guy". Well this song is like that, except having to do with cheating and a heart break. Many thanks to songwritingpro members who have given me feedback and made suggeations to the original tune.

Hey y'all. Step back in time with me with this heartfelt love song that captures the magic of a first dance and the timeless bond between two souls. In this emotional journey, a man revisits the unforgettable night he first danced with his future partner— a memory so powerful that every time he hears that same song on the radio, he is transported back to that same moment.

I got the idea for this song when I took a selfie of my wife and I one morning before heading off to work in a snowstorm. I started thinking, suppose we took a selfie every morning. Wouldn't that be a lot of pictures of us on my phone? Many thanks to Brent and songwriting pro members for critiquing the song and making suggestions to improve it. I hope this version is a keeper.

This is a pop track I wrote several years ago. I used A.I. to create an Electronic Dance Version. Since most of the songs here are country or ballads, I thought I'd upload something a little different. I hope y'all enjoy it! Let me know!

"Throw A Heart Around Us" is a song about first love. It is a heartfelt ballad for anyone who has ever fallen in love and felt everything at once. I'm thinking it could make a great wedding song. I had posted this song previously, but made some much needed changes hopefully for the better. I thank everyone on songwriter pro who commented on the previous version and encouraged me to improve it.

This song is a fanciful take on the old expression, "Don't let the door hit you on your way out" (or some version of such). That of course is usually uttered when you want someone to leave. I thought I'd use the expression, "Don't let my lips hit you on your way out" as a way of saying that you hope to make someone else want to stay.
