I am a singer/songwriter who enjoys writing 90’s/Outlaw style lyrics. I wrote my first song at age 13 (40 years ago) At age 53 I write much better lyrics and I now enjoy cowriting. I just had a song Independently released with me doing vocals, it was a Christmas song so I don’t expect much out of it but I learned from it which is what is important. I will be learning more of the business end and production process

Beautiful lyrics, i followed the story very easily. The melody is one that’s been missing for a while. I’m showing my age but it makes me think of Lacy J Dalton.
