Long distance
Don't do it

You have a nice ability to sync the story to the music nicely. When I listen to this song, I get the feeling of the stress/frustration of a long distance relationship just by the tempo and guitar. That combined with your voice and the chorus really help tell the story. You can tell the person in the story is just waiiiiting for this to end and it can’t happen soon enough.

I love it. Great dissonance. And your pronunciation is so cool.

This is really cool. It has a compelling groove, interesting lyrics, and a good, solid melody. The only thing I would consider changing is the melody of the beginning of the chorus “you’d burn this city down…”. It sounds like you are still in the verse until you hit the word “down”. Consider starting a 3rd or a 5th higher and come down into the melody on the word “down”

Good song.

There's a space in my hands where yours fit perfectly
I'm singing demands because i want you here with me
A thousand miles away you said
Yet still my cheeks are crimson red

You'd burn this city down just so we could see the sunset
It breaks your heart to see me upset
But in your head I am your perfect girl
In my head I wonder why you'd return

There's a space in my heart where you'd fit perfectly
It's a shame we're so far apart because I want you here with me
A thousand miles away you said
Yet still my cheeks are crimson red

You'd burn this city down just so we could see the sunset
It breaks your heart to see me upset
But in your head I am your perfect girl
In my head I wonder why you'd return

So I will wait
I will wait for you
I will wait
I will wait for you
