Great song. Sounds great. Great demo and production for the music and melody… When I read the lyrics, even without the music, the lines all read so smooth. The lines roll off the tongue easily. I like that about your lyrics… The verses have the great imagery. I can see you looking up to heaven to say thank you, I can see her in a dress, got some sexiness going in that third line 
,but that line about that prayers fading in the air. That’s a great one. That prayer kind of dissipating like a smoke cloud or something. I can visualize that. Lol. Very cool line… Anyway, thanks for posting, and thanks for another lesson in songwriting!

I love the melodies and lyrics, and the beauty of the song is it’s simplicity. Thank you for sharing, the way you write, is the way to write. I tend to overtell my stories, but like you shared in your QT’s this song wasn’t overtold and sounds great because of it. Thanks again for sharing.
