This is a song that has been cut by gospel and country artists, but this is the first bluegrass rendition. I love the emotion that this genre brings to the lyrics and melody.

“From zero to a problem don’t take long”..Wow! Great opening line. Both verses are awesome!
I would say “But those are days ” in the last line of second verse. It would sing smoother..
My opinion is that a good, solid chorus that you use for both verses and after the bridge would benefit the song a lot, such as:
Lettin’ go - is the hardest thing I know
Opens up that window that looks into my soul
Lettin’ go, lettin’ all the feelin’s show
Lets my heart release the guilt and the grief ..
By lettin’ go
I believe that your bridge says it all in the last two lines. The first two could be eliminated..
Lastly, there is a lot going on near the end of the song..So much so that it tends to cover up the already important emotional effect of your verses .
That’s why I feel that coming back with the same chorus as described above would work great!.Your song will apply to everyone on some level, and that’s such a awesome thing!
I really love your song, Marvin!! Glad you’re trying out some bluegrass! Good job!

From zero to a problem don't take long
Sometimes there's no stoppin' what goes wrong
We're told what don't kill you makes you strong
But that's a point of view I'm still workin' on
Lettin' go - is the hardest thing I know
Open up that window that looks right into my soul
And lettin' go
It was a normal Tuesday when my mother died
A peaceful Sunday when my buddy took his life
An average Wednesday when I learned my dad had cancer to fight
Now they're days that I'll remember my whole life
Lettin' go - lettin' all the feelin's show
Lets my heart release the guilt, the grief and forgiveness that I hold
By lettin' go
When a cold hard truth first drives me to my knees
I don't know who to curse or to believe
So until I'm back again on solid ground
Some days I will swim but some I'll drown
Lettin' go - is the hardest thing I know
Open up that window that looks right into my soul
And lettin' go - lettin' all the feelin's show
Let my heart release the guilt, the grief
The anger that spills out of me
To accept the way things cannot be
Means forgivin' myself for - lettin' go
From zero to a problem don't take long
The only way that I'll move on - is lettin' go

I love the musical introduction. It really made me want to hear the rest of the song. Nice work!
