This isn't the story of my wife and me, but captures a raw emotion present when I think of what I'd do without her. I sent the chorus and story idea to David Morgan, who wrote the rap. Then we collabed the bridge. We both sang and I produced.
Did it make you want to practice having babies?
Cool groove with a very measured approach. I like the slow burn of this track.

What a great piece with a contemporary groovy vibe…love this! You have a very unique style and it’s awesome I didn’t even have to look at the lyrics. Why? Because I understood every articulated word spoken. I don’t usually listen to rap but this is colorful, unique and could not stop listening until it was over! Geez, hope you keep doin’ this man…the background vocals blow me away. Sooooo many good things here….can’t say enough…applause!

Liked the song’s feel. Did note, however, inconsistent use of pronouns ” she” and “you” throughout song. May try “she’s a soul sister..” or “you’re a soul sister…”
to see which works better.

This song has a very classic and cool vibe, very well-produced. The rap had a great flow and the vocals were great. A very sweet tribute, whoever this was written for must feel very appreciated. It doesn’t seem sexual in nature as far as baby making goes, it’s more subtle and treats the woman as an object of great appreciation, not reduced, but seen as a source of strength, a “soul-sister”. This is the true approach to gain a female’s attention and to feel safe with you, none of this playboy nonsense where men brag about their conquests. I really like the direction this song is going. Next time if you can, post the lyrics too.
