-Too cliche' a title for me, but I liked the concept and wanted to put it on here for thoughts. Working on adding more imagery as well to this one. The guy in this song is saying he can deny, justify or cover-up just about anything he doesn't wanna admit, except for his unconcealable love for her. Thanks for listening!

-Not a radio song here! Just a fun song, and one of my 'In the Campfire Round' collection songs that's fun to play. It's a vice of many men who run into a good-looking, female bourbon bartending tater who chases bourbon and up-sales whatever "fabulous-tasting", watered-down liquid spirit she can. Simple song-Yes, Too long a song - Yes, Monotonous song -Yeah, somewhat! - LOL! Just imagine if ole Jerry Reed and Jerry Douglas threw a party for me. [P.S.A.: No, Shane doesn't condone it in any way. I know it is a family show! - Just laugh for me. Thanks!]

Ya know, some things (many things) sound better when a woman says it I think! This one is about a young lady who is drinking to the memory of an old relationship. She's mad, I mean really hacked-off. As you'll hear, she goes off on somewhat of a fired-up verbal rant while she's throwing back a shot of the old liquid spirit and remembering his sorry spirit. But, she still can't put the love of her life out of her mind. It's a mental torment song and his name is Mr. I'mforgettin'him. So, she raises that glass saying, "Hey, here's to you for teaching me a good, hard-learned lesson in what I don't want next time!'. - Hope you enjoy and thanks again for listening!

'I Could Play All Night' is one of those I wrote that was thrown together fairly quickly and without a ton of imagery (..and not on purpose necessarily-lol). It's a song that is simple and easy to just pickup and play live with friends and family, due to the very basic chord progression and lyrics. But, I do plan to add-to that imagery a bit and make it a little more interesting very soon. Ya know, I'm gonna add some more meat and potatoes to it, so that it's gobblety-good. - Ha, ha! - Thanks for listening!

Yep, sorry. I realize I'm breaking all the "current radio target rules" here by putting up a mega slow, ballad. I just wanted to get some sort of feedback going on it if possible. Like the other songs I've just put on here, this one too is part of a small group of songs I grouped together and called the '71 El Trepeaux Way' songs (with the exception of Country Boy Pep Rally). They'll all have a bit of a soulful, multi-harmony, 70's lounge country sound for the most part. Picture listening to them in one of those huge Cutlass or Monte Carlos from the 70's for me! Of course, more acoustic versions of these are what I try to submit to industry professionals. But, when I get to actually play these live for small groups, this is more how they're played typically. Thanks for feelin' the vibe!

This is a song about a young couple who were just almost at the finish line and about to walk down the isle, but called it off last minute for whatever the truthful reasons. They still look back thinking on those great times together, and continue to work thru each and every heart-broken, "drink it off their mind" day.

I know, I know!! (LOL) I HAD TO do it though. Thanks for your patience here. This one is not really of a genre listed on here. But it was a SUPER title and was totally inspired by a great guy. A guy who may wish to remain anonymous regarding and who's name I won't speak in reference to, unless given permission.
It's a victory dance for your #1 with a little homeboy homage to old Alabama. (*song line phrasing not exact, in order not to copy*) Now, we just need everybody to come up with a cool dance and put it on TikTok in a 'Fancy Like' fashion! (LOL) - Thanks for listening!!!
