I started writing song lyrics while playing on the swing set on my family’s farm in Iowa. While in high school, I began writing short stories and poetry. Nashville Songwriters Association International has named me as “one to watch” as a songwriter. I have been named “Most Wanted” and “Repeat Offender” on Song Town and received honorable mention in the American Songwriter lyric contest.
