Guitar and a little piano (all self taught).
I have a degree in music production and am brushing up on my skills with writing tracks.
My biggest influence growing up was Elvis Presley. I also grew up listening to George Jones, Conway Twitty, Bobby Bare, Tom T. Hall, Johnny Cash...etc. I can go on and on with the country genre and that was just from my mom who had a ton of records. My dad influenced me with his love of the Beach Boys. Between my sisters and brothers I heard U2, Tupac, Journey, Shania Twain, Pearl Jam and Sound Garden...they've all been very influential.

And yes…thats me singing. Simple cell phone recording i then ran through Logic and EQ’d it to roll off the low end. Works for demo purposes nicely!

Thanks for the feedback! I’ve had a critique with the same advice so I’ll definitely be looking into what I can do there. Maybe use some metaphors. Glad you liked it! It’s in open G minor tuning. Fun tuning to play in.
