You have got a lot of good stuff going on here but my advice would be to tighten up the chorus. Tweak it by changing the first line. (Or the last) Right now the first line of the chorus matches the last line so it kinda feels like you are repeating yourself instead of building towards a big finish at the end. And because you repeat the line a few more times at the end it loses its punch. This is your song and just my .02.

How You Look At It ...

Written by Kyle Level

V 1
Some people see a bucket of rust up on blocks
Dry rot tires, paint worn off and wonder
Why it's not in some junkyard.
But he sees Grandpa's old Chevrolet
He'll fix it up with his boy someday
Cause he knows they'll build more than just a car.
Yeah, there's two sides to almost everything
But people only see what they want to see

CH
It's all in how you look at it
It's all in how you cast that light
It's the colors on the brush and the strokes you use to paint your life
It's all about your point of view
And a lot about if you choose
To see things as a burden or a gift
It's all in how you look at it

V2
The doctors told them before she was born
She'd never be like the kids next door
And they should think about, the challenges they would face.
But she was in their lives, in their hearts,
Long before she was in their arms and that's something,Nothing was gonna change.
And they'll tell you some days are really tough,
Oh, but she inspires a special kind of love

CH
It's all in how you look at it
It's all in how you cast that light
It's the colors on the brush and the strokes you use to paint your life
It's all about your point of view
And a lot about if you choose
To see things as a burden or a gift
It's all in how you look at it

Bridge
Is that a diamond in the rough, A rock or a jewel
Do you see your glass as half empty or half full

CH
It's all in how you look at it
It's all in how you cast that light
It's the colors on the brush and the strokes you use to paint your life
It's all about your point of view
And a lot about if you choose
To see things as a burden or a gift
It's all in how you look at it
It's all in how you look at it
It's all in how you look at it
