Monday Kinda Problem
[First verse]
The week started with balls of rubber
And the juggling wasn’t hard
Then they switched them out for glass ones
Where you’ll bleed out from the shards
[Second verse]
Now it’s Friday afternoon
about a quarter after three
Must’a passed out straws at lunch
‘Cause that call just sucked it outta me
[Chorus]
But that’s a Monday kinda problem
And I’ve got one foot out the door
This jobs been bleed’n me all week
But I won’t give it one drop more
Ya thats a Monday kind’a problem
Time to unplug and disconnect
Cause this will all be here on Monday
And none of this is life or death
[Third verse]
Well it’s taken me a minute
Of time that don’t come back
To figure when to cut and run
On a job that don’t mean jack
[Fourth verse]
Oh there’ll be hell to pay for this one
We all saw it come’n down the line
But there too busy cut’n corners
And push’n overtime
[Chorus]
So that’s a Monday kinda problem
Right now I’m one foot out the door
This jobs been bleed’n me all week
But I won’t give it one drop more
Ya thats a Monday kind’a problem
Time to unplug and disconnect
Cause this will all be here on Monday
And none of this is life or death
