Christmas was a big deal for our family and each of our homes looked like a Christmas store when decorated. I've missed that and the traditions we grew up with. I was thinking about what Christmas in Heaven would be like & wrote this.

Growing up I could hardly wait
for the Christmas holidays
With sleigh rides in the snow
& stockings by the fireplace
Hearing carols we sang reminds me
of loved ones gone away
There's love in those memories
and I look forward to the day...when

Praising Jesus who came as a baby and in the manger laid

in traditions that we keep
