Appeal on behalf of a young girl in trouble with the law.
I would love to sell this song to a performing artist. Any suggestions or advice to make this goal happen - either changes to the song itself or ways to get in front of the right people.

Still young and lithe
But rife with stress and strife
She's tumbling like a falling knife
On her knuckles, the wrote the words in ink "fuck life"
And boy is she complaining
And lying while explaining
She's just as innocent as pie, hooked up with the wrong guy.
But she was caught fooling and looting
And not saluting
Problems with the law still ballooning
Just misbehaving. But if I'm not mistaken,
Her situation's escalating
And her home, sad to say, is no safe haven
Got to get this young girl safely home
Got to love her as our own
And let her be free
And let her be free
The life of the outlaw must really suck
Cause low on luck, she flees in her camo truck,
And though she does turn round,
the sound of her soul is so sad and so low,
And where is her father not fighting for every moment to watch this great girl grow?
So the two of us go riding
She's bouncing off the rails, red flags a flying
But why am I crying?
Not my problem.
Not my lover, not my daughter,
I needn't bother trying
To balance this teeter totter
Got to get this young girl safely home
Got to love her as our own
And let her be free
And let her be free
Well she's out breaching bail and bullriding
Deciding to be inciting
Committing crimes and getting caught,
Locked in the jaws of the law,
Playing with Rawdog and getting gored by Johnny Rotten.
It's got to stop.
