Robert- I’ve never given any feedback and I’m not a great songwriter so take all this with a grain of salt!
My opinion is its a Great song- Tempo and Melody imma feeling -Verses are fire….I could see that ole buck chasing that doe in my mind and I shot em lol. Great start to this song. Second verse I feel the same way - just awesome. The title is perfect in my opinion. I love everything about the Chorus - those first two lines are my fav part of this song but something hits different when it reaches “With my baby beside me watching the stars for hours” not sure what it really is but first time hearing it - it seemed not to flow like rest of song. After listening over and over it started growing on me but maybe a change right there but I don’t really know…..sounds like something i would listen to or on the radio so I say you got something here. Just my opinon
