Just curious what you think of the song overall, and the recording

Uncle Brent ...

Will,
Nice solid song and I like the chord progression.  Pretty cool how you worked the “Birds will never wonder where to gather their next meal” scripture into the song. Sonically, the end of the song needs to be bigger to really send your message home.  Thanks, Brent

God Is Real (unmastered)

Written by Will Gunnell

God Is Real
Jon Talbott/Will Gunnell

Vs 1:
On a wet and winding country road just outside of town
We missed a turn and landed that Toyota upside down
My cap, broken glass, and loose change scattered on the roof
We didn’t have our seatbelts on but somehow never moved

Climb:
We walked away without a scratch from a wrecked automobile
You may not believe it but I know God is real

Ch:
When I think about Your love for me tears begin to flow
I want to share it with the world I can’t let it go
I am part of a greater plan that’s yet to be revealed
You’re so much more than what I see or feel
God Is Real

Vs 2:
We spent the weekend wondering how to keep our children fed
Don’t get paid til Wednesday and a cash loan wouldn’t help
When grandma unexpectedly came knocking with a gift
A super market card, she said “God told me you need this.”

Climb:
Birds will never wonder where to gather their next meal
I will never worry for I know, God is real (repeat ch)

Br:
His eyes are always watching
His hands are never slow
The Creator of the universe will never let us go
I just wanted you to know

Vs 2:
My daughter struggled with self harm in her early teens
But one Easter Sunday found her at the altar on her knees
She gave it all to God, what she battled with was gone
There’s more that I could tell you, I could go on and on. (Repeat Ch)
