Nothing Will Ever Be The...

Written by Marty Dolciamore

I'm drifting like a cloud, without a worry or a care

Something has changed, I can feel it in the air.

We danced way past midnight and made love out in the rain,

Looks like nothing will ever be the same.

This old town a little while ago was a tired, humdrum place,

Four corners and a stoplight, spinning round through space.

The everyday now fades away every time you call my name,

Looks like nothing will ever be the same.

All my dreams are bright, shiny new,

The only thing I dream about is - you.

When I'm holding you, I'm holding on to time,

That's what my heart keeps telling my mind

I don't care about the where or why, I'm just happy that you came.

Looks like nothing will ever be the same.
