We can’t seem to alter the subject matter of our dreams and a particular, reoccurring nightmare is the inspiration behind this song, Looking Back. My high school’s football team was in the hunt for winning our district and we were playing against a much larger school. There were only seconds left and we were behind 12 to 7, but we were on the one-yard line. I was quarterback and it was 4th down. If we punch it in, we win! We lost – all because I called a boneheaded play. Every year, as football season begins, I am reminded of this disappointment by awaking from yet another reoccurring nightmare
