This song was a bit of a travel down memory lane as I considered where I had been and what Jesus had done to bring me to where I am.

Thanks for the feedback Andrea! Not to throw my singer under the bus… his name is Joe Thompson and I think he has a cool, unique sound, too. I really like the way he phrases lyrics. However, he was a bit “pitchy” that day. We didn’t use any pitch correction and probably should have… Good point about the title. Thanks!

I really think it is good. The message is wonderful and your voice sounded unique and cool. Washed in the blood in the chorus sometimes sounds a little off key (who am I to say anything, I am off key all the time). It is not the end of the world, but the title is already another song. Is there another chorus title you could use? I don’t know, like God raised me up, instead of he.
